Azam Motor, a Malay-owned automotive workshop in Banting, Selangor, is dedicated to nurturing skilled professionals through its commitment to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The workshop has provided opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Orang Asli youth, to develop expertise in vehicle repair. Azrai Along, a 19-year-old from the Jah Hut tribe, exemplifies this initiative. Despite initial challenges in literacy, Azrai acquired practical skills in vehicle maintenance within a year and aspires to open his own workshop.
